Anissa Hamlin, M.S., LAMFT
Anissa is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapy and works with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families encountering a variety of life’s struggles. Individual as well as marital and family treatment may include dealing with marital concerns, parenting challenges, depression, anxiety, spirituality, trauma, attachment and boundary issues, co-dependence and grief.
Anissa considers it a privilege to work with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families who are seeking greater emotional health, tools or strengths in emotional regulation, healthy communication and listening skills. Anissa is fully trained in EMDR protocol, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Restoration Therapy. Her studies include ADHD/ADD, addiction and the Enneagram. Anissa is a trained elementary school teacher. She holds both a Masters of Divinity and a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary.
Anissa sees that taking the step into the therapeutic process is courageous and values the opportunity to hear your story while providing a safe and accepting place for internal, personal, and relational healing.
