Safe People
Safe People
Safe People is a book by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend that is used as resource in Crossroads process groups. The premise of the book is that all of us need to be connected to good, safe people in open and authentic relationships. According to http://www.cloudtownsend.com/what-are-safe-people/ safe relationships are relationships that do three things:
- Draws us closer to God. (Matthew 22:37-38)
- Draws us closer to others. (Matthew 22:39)
- Helps us become the real person God created us to be. (Ephesians 2:10)
It is strongly encourage that participants in the Crossroads Counseling process groups read Safe People by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend.
