Crossroads Counseling holistic services focus on healing the mind, body, and soul.  Through the practice of the spiritual disciplines such as prayer, meditation, silence, solitude, worship, community, celebration and through the engaging of our mind, body, and soul we are transformed.

    a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.

  • A weekly mindfulness group facilitated by psychotherapist Lauren Jack MC, LPC is held every Friday afternoon from 12:00-12:45 at our Scottsdale office.  Cost to attend is $20.00 per session payable at the time of service.  To register please call 623-680-3486.
  • Christian Based Yo·ga

    an ascetic discipline, a part of which includes breath control, simple meditation and prayer, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, that is widely practiced for health and relaxation.

    A weekly yoga class taught by Hannan Palz every Thursday at 8:00-9:00 am at our Phoenix location.  Cost to attend is $15.00 for the general public and $10.00 for active Crossroad’s clients.  Please call 623-680-3486 to register as space is limited.
