The mission of Crossroads Counseling Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Arizona Relationship and Trauma Center is to empower individuals, couples, and families to have strong relationships and to live healthy lives. We work with couples and families who are struggling to connect. We work with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and trauma or who simply want to focus on their own personal growth. Crossroads Counseling meets our mission through offering a variety of research based practices featuring Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma and PTSD, and other research based models such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Gottman approach for couples counseling, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other models of therapy all of which are clinically proven to help you experience healthier relationships, break free from past hurts, and to overcome depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss.
