Pam Smith, MA, LAC
A native of Scottsdale, Pam is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), who obtained her degree from Phoenix Seminary and served as an intern for one year at the Phoenix Rescue Mission in downtown Phoenix and counseled in the Valley after that. She has a passion for helping others gain life and relationship skills and enjoys working with couples and seeing their relationships thrive. Pam believes every healing journey is unique and encourages and enables her clients seeking a path to a more abundant and joyful life. She offers faith based counseling as an option.
Pam incorporates self-compassion and spiritual disciplines into her counseling in order to treat mind, body and spirit. She is trained in and utilizes Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (EFCT) and individuals (EFIT) and Childhood Emotional Neglect (CEN) for those who have experienced abandonment and rejection in their lives.
