Carly Riethmann MS, LAC

Carly is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC). Carly graduated Crossroads from Grand Canyon University with her Masters in Clinical Mental Health.  Additionally, Carly is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist-Individual (CCTS-I) through the Arizona Trauma Institute.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University, Carly brings a wealth of academic knowledge to her practice. Her approach is person-centered and rooted in empathy and understanding. She believes in meeting her clients where they are in their journey, providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for exploration and healing. Additionally, she incorporates mindfulness techniques into her practice, fostering greater self-awareness and emotional regulation.

Passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults, Carly is committed to addressing a wide range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment, and life transitions.   Carly aspires to create a supportive therapeutic environment where individuals can thrive and create positive change in their lives.
