Carly Riethmann, Master’s Level Intern
Carly is a counseling intern currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University, Carly brings a wealth of academic knowledge to her practice. Her approach is person-centered and rooted in empathy and understanding. She believes in meeting her clients where they are in their journey, providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for exploration and healing. Additionally, she incorporates mindfulness techniques into her practice, fostering greater self-awareness and emotional regulation.
Passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults, Carly is committed to addressing a wide range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment, and life transitions. She aspires to create a supportive therapeutic environment where individuals can thrive and create positive change in their lives.
