Miguel believes that the experience of feeling truly known, seen, and heard is an immensely valuable gift that everyone deserves. The ability to create a space where individuals can experience this sense of connection is what led him to pursue a career in counseling. Miguel believes that every person is worthy of thriving despite the obstacles that may weigh down their lives, and that everyone deserves the opportunity to fully experience and enjoy being human. His hope is to walk alongside clients as they journey toward healing, growth, and flourishing.
Miguel holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and is currently enrolled in Fuller Seminary’s Master’s program in Marriage and Family Therapy. As a practicum intern, he brings a fresh perspective, curiosity, and passion for the counseling process, and he looks forward to partnering with clients in meaningful and transformative work.
