Brittany will be joining Crossroads May 7, 2026.  Contact our office to schedule a time to meet with her soon!

Brittany is a counseling intern completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in trauma at Grand Canyon University, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from American Military University. She is passionate about helping individuals move from survival mode toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional stability. Brittany strives to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported while gaining the insight and tools needed to create meaningful and lasting change.

She works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, burnout, identity development, and life transitions. Brittany is especially interested in helping clients understand how early experiences and family dynamics shape patterns in relationships, emotions, and behavior. She is passionate about helping individuals recognize and break generational patterns so they can build healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Her approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and focused on both insight and practical change. Brittany helps clients explore attachment patterns and relational dynamics while incorporating grounding practices such as breathwork, body awareness, and mindfulness to support emotional regulation. She believes healing often begins when people feel safe enough to slow down, understand their experiences more deeply, and respond to life with greater intention.

Before beginning her clinical training, Brittany served in the U.S. Air Force, trained in trauma-informed yoga working with veterans and first responders, and later worked in a psychiatric setting supporting individuals navigating mental health care. This background deepened her understanding of how trauma affects both the mind and body and continues to inform the grounding and body awareness practices she incorporates with clients.

Outside of the therapy room, Brittany values personal growth, faith, and intentional living. She enjoys reading, fitness, spending time in nature, and time with her dogs. She is committed to her own continued growth and learning as both a person and a counselor.

Brittany considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients during seasons of change and healing and looks forward to supporting individuals as they build a stronger relationship with themselves and others.
