Crossroads Counseling is a thriving and growing private practice relationship center in the Valley of the Sun. Crossroads Counseling is looking for qualified licensed therapists (associate and independently licensed therapists) with a minimum of 1-2 years work experience in the field of counseling and mental health to join our team 2-5 days a week (part-time or full-time) in our North Phoenix-Anthem and Scottsdale locations. Interns with solid training in attachment theory, system’s theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, are welcome to apply.
What we offer:
Competitive Compensation: Our top performers earn between $60,000-$90,000+ per year.
Full time caseloads average 20-25+ clients per week.

What you’ll do at work:
Provide evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, families, teens, and children for mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and relationship challenges.
Create treatment plans.
Coordinate care with other Crossroads therapists and work in a team setting.
Qualifications include:
Must be licensed in Arizona as an LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Advanced Training in EFT, IFS, EMDR, and/or other evidenced based modalities is a plus.
