Lauren sees clients out of the Scottsdale location.
Lauren M. Jack is a Masters Level Licensed Professional Counselor through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. In addition to couple’s therapy she is a trauma and EMDR therapist. Lauren is passionate about helping others recognize and live to their full potential. As a counselor, Lauren has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of individuals, couples, children/teens and families who’s life experience includes: trauma, PTSD, anxiety and stress, grief and loss, issues sensitive to women, finding your purpose in life, self confidence, health and wellness, relationships and parenting issues.
Lauren approaches each client as an individual first and foremost and is diligent about providing counseling services that addresses the root cause of his/her issue. A few of Lauren’s therapeutic modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Mindfulness, A Healing Journey for Women, ACT, EFT, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, or EMDR.
Lauren Completed her Masters Degree in Counseling in 2001 in Arizona and has been a Licensed Professional Counselor through the Board of Behavioral Health examiners since 2015. She has been in practice since 2007. Lauren has completed Level I and Level II of the EMDR training and is a member of EMDRIA, the EMDR International Association. Lauren is committed to continuing her education and professional growth, as she regularly attends seminars, workshops, lectures and monthly groups in her areas of interest.
Lauren’s greatest joy is to spend time with her husband and two daughters. Her hobbies include reading, working on her garden, hiking, healthy living and practicing her faith. Lauren is honored to work as a counselor through Crossroads Family Counseling Center where she can…
